Three Steps to Membership
Most applications are processed the same day.
Gather Documents
Collect your application form, tax receipt, National ID or Passport, and your guarantor's tax receipt.
Visit the Library
Bring all documents to the library counter during opening hours. Staff will verify and process your application.
Collect Your Card
Pay the registration fee, receive your membership card, and start borrowing immediately.

A membership identity card is issued upon registration. Membership renews annually.
Eligibility
Open to all residents within the city limits. Proof of address and identity are required. Applicants must provide a guarantor residing within the city limits.
Suspension & Cancellation
The library may suspend or cancel membership for non-payment of fines, repeated rule violations, or misconduct. Suspended members may appeal to the Head Librarian within 30 days.

Fees are paid in person at the library counter. Membership identity card issued upon registration.
